The Standing Arrangement

$2,000per month

For professionals who already build and want a permanent second set of eyes. A monthly working session, priority correspondence, and honest review of whatever you are shipping.

  • First notice of programs and Library additions

    The application

    A short written note: who you are, what you do, and what you want to exist. Five minutes, not a questionnaire.

  2. 0230 min

    The fit call

    Thirty minutes, no charge. We decide together whether private work is the right instrument, or point you to a better one.

  3. 03Weekly

    The work

    Weekly sessions, real builds, blunt review. You do the building; that is the point. We make sure it is the right building, done well.

  4. 04The goal

    Independence

    The engagement ends with you building without us. We work toward our own obsolescence and consider it the best outcome we sell.

Private work only pays off when both sides hold standards. Ours are simple.

Bring a real project

Coaching is built around something you genuinely need. Hypothetical exercises produce hypothetical skill.

Protect the time

Sessions are scheduled around your practice, and they are working sessions. Arrive with the week's work done.

Expect candor

You are paying for judgment, not encouragement. When a build is the wrong build, we say so before you spend a month on it.

Expect discretion

Your projects, clients, and data stay confidential without being asked. We can work under NDA when your situation requires it.

Applications are reviewed weekly and every applicant receives a reply. If we are not the right instrument, we will say so and tell you what is.
