ClearStone / Programs

Training for people who intend to ship.

Structured education in AI-assisted development. Every program is built around the same standard: you leave with working software in your own hands, not a folder of notes.

Cohorts open quarterly. Seats are limited by design.

The method

Four disciplines, taught in order.

Tools come and go. These four hold. Every ClearStone program drills them until they are reflex.

  1. 01

    Specify

Turn a vague wish into a precise, buildable brief. Most failed builds die here, before any code exists.

  2. 02

    Direct

Run tools like Claude Code and Codex the way a principal runs a capable team: clear intent, tight feedback, high standards.

  3. 03

    Review

Judge what the machine produced. Test behavior, question output, and know when something is not right.

  4. 04

    Ship

Deploy, secure, and maintain. Software that never leaves your laptop changes nothing.

  • Deployment before the day ends

  • Curriculum designed for your organization
  • On-site or remote delivery
  • Real internal projects as course material
  • Governance and safe-use guardrails included
  • Leadership debrief and capability roadmap

Scoped after a short conversation about your team's size, stack, and goals.

The standard

What leaving a program looks like.

01

A deployed tool

Something real, running, and used. Chosen from your work, not from a syllabus.

02

A repeatable method

The specify, direct, review, ship loop, practiced enough times to survive contact with your calendar.

03

Sound judgment

A working sense of what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone. The rarest output of any training.

Questions

Before you reserve.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Programs assume professional competence, not technical background. If you can write a clear email, you can write a clear specification. That is where we start.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop, a real problem from your work, and the willingness to be precise about it. Tool subscriptions run roughly $20 to $100 per month; we help you choose before you spend.

How much time does Foundations take?

Most people finish in four to six weeks at three focused hours per week. It is self-paced, and access does not expire.

Which program should I choose?

Start with the Open Briefing if you are unsure. Choose Foundations to build steadily on your own schedule. Choose the Working Session if you want the shortest path to a shipped tool.
