Privacy Policy

The short version: we keep what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it. The longer version follows.

Effective September 2026

What we collect

This site does not require accounts and does not ask you to fill in forms. The information we hold about you is the information you choose to send us by email: your name, your address, and whatever you write. Standard server logs may record technical details such as IP addresses for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your correspondence to answer you and to run the engagement you ask for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

Client confidentiality

Discretion is a working principle of this practice. Client names, projects, and materials are treated as confidential by default, and we can work under a mutual NDA when your situation requires it.

Third parties

We use ordinary business tools such as email hosting to operate. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms. We share your information beyond that only when the law requires it.

Your choices

Write to hello@clearstoneai.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We honor such requests promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note the change on this page with a new effective date.
